Refer to your new residents briefing package OR go to your residence's front desk to obtain a Tavasys Activation form
Fill out all the details on the form
Fax in the form or ask the receptionist to fax it in for you
Residential services are generally set-up within 1 business day from the day you fax in the form or on the day specified on the form if you are faxing it to us in advance of your move in date
Tavasys does not supply a telephone with your service, you must provide a telephone. If you are subscribing to Caller ID, Call Waiting or Voice Mail features your phone needs to be able to use those services
If you are requesting that you current phone number be activated at your new residence:
Fax in a copy of your last telephone statement showing your phone number AND your previous address
Phone numbers generally take 10 business days to be transferred from the day you send in your request, if you need a phone number before you number has been transferred a temporary number can be assigned to you by Tavasys at no additional cost
