If you are changing rooms within your current residence:
Please obtain a Room Transfer form from your residence's front desk and fax it in to us or ask the receptionist to fax it in to us
Ensure that your current room number, you new room number and the date the room transfer will occur are all filled out on the form
Room transfer requests will be completed on the day you list in your form or on the following business day
If you are moving to a new residence that does not have Tavasys services or wish to disconnect your services:
Please obtain a Disconnection form from your residence's front desk and fax it in to us OR you may call our customer support desk and request that the service be cancelled
Note that it is your responsibility, not the residence's, to inform us that you no longer require our services
